This privacy notice describes which personal data Housing Energy collects via housingenergy.nl and our solar simulator, and why we process them.

What data do we collect?

Address and roof data you enter in the simulator (location, roof area, orientation).
Contact information you voluntarily leave when requesting a quote (name, email, phone).
Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Why do we use your data?

To build and send your personalised solar quote.
To answer your questions and follow up on your request.
To improve our services and detect misuse.

Retention period

We keep your personal data for a maximum of 90 days after your last contact, unless a longer statutory retention applies (e.g. 7-year fiscal retention for invoices).

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Send an email to contact@housingenergy.nl with a copy of your ID document.
